In order to demonstrate our commitment to partnership working, BGU offers a £5,000 scholarship for students progressing to us from an institution which has a signed MoU with BGU or are part of the Colleges and Universities of the Anglican Communion (CUAC) network. These scholarships are in the form of a fee waiver. BGU currently works on a formal basis with the following institutions: China Chongqing University of Education Hengyang Normal University Hunan First Normal University Hunan University of Science and Technology Thailand Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University Phranakhon Rajabhat University Bangkok University International Applicants applying for a partnership scholarship should complete the scholarship application form and submit evidence of study at one of our partner universities. This will include official transcripts or certificates from the institution, which may have already been provided as part of their application. If this is the case, please refer to these within your application. Application process To apply for a BGU scholarship you must first apply for, and have been offered a place on, one of our programmes. Once you are in receipt of an offer for a programme. You will be asked to identify which scholarship you are applying for and as part of the process applicants will be asked to describe their academic achievements, relevant professional experience and/ or career goal. Whilst BGU offer this range of scholarships it cannot guarantee that your application for one will be successful. The scholarship application process is competitive and BGU reserve the right to not grant scholarships to those who provide evidence of the above criteria, if the application is not of the required quality. All scholarships awarded will be valid for the lifetime of the programme, for postgraduate applicants this is one year and for undergraduate applicants it is three years. |
